Connections with Jenn supports elders in their homes, and their caregivers, by providing online activities such as exercise, games and social interaction to our clients using interactive and pre-recorded videos, website access for communication and education, care package materials such as birthday cards and game pages. We also provide individual virtual visits, phone calls, and support groups to connect with our clients and their families.  

Jenn comes with 30 years of experience with the elderly through caregiving, working in the therapeutic recreation field, and is a certified dementia practitioner.  Clients pay a monthly subscription fee, with tiered options, depending on what services they would like to receive.  

Our goal is to make this an affordable option for seniors and their families to receive a social outlet and guidance as they go through the journey of aging.  Your contribution will go directly towards start up costs such as computer equipment, internet service, activity supplies and advertising.
